White Whale is a great neighborhood bar with all kinds of craft beers and wine. We had a blast for a meet up and will definitely be back soon!
Nice tap room with some good variety. About 7-8 beers on tap and they’re all quality. Hunter, the bartender, knows a ton about beer. Familiar with all Torres and brewers across the country. Nice to talk with someone who was actually knowledgeable. Bonus: Got to talk a bit with Toby from Service brewery. She’s fantastic. Super friendly and clearly loves working in their marketing/relations.
Cool place, good variety in selection. Restroom is gender-neutral. it is not specifically labeled as wheelchair accessible, but it is large and has a grab bar, so I believe it would be fully accessible.
Bring in a snack and enjoy craft beers, cider, and now wine!
This spot is such a gem right off of the south side of Forsyth. My partner says the beer selection is awesome (I don’t drink beer but I do drink wine, which they finally have!) The games are fun, the vibe is awesome.
They don't offer flights, but they do offer a deconstructed flight aka one at a time. They have a shared bathroom in the back. They have two fridges where you can buy a single can or a 4-6pack from other breweries. It is a small/chill place to go try a beer. They do not brew their own. The service was friendly and quick.
Good beers, good vibes, friendly bartender. Got to see her create some new beer signs. Oddly enough, there is an action figure of Norm from Cheers, played by George Wendt, still in the box behind the bar. The actor died the day after we saw it! Some other cool local art there.
Now offering wine and bubbles I continue to frequent this place as my go-to for beer ...best place also to meet locals and hang out... Comedy open mic night second Tuesday each month. Thursdays are happy hour from 5:00 to 7... 15% off drafts
